  We got off to a difficult start, but it was only because we didn't really know what we wanted. Kim and Carol (sales) continued to be patient and encouraged us take more samples to compares looks of the different styles. After all, we were going for the look, the feel, the longevity and the best deal - no small feat, but we are not shy about wanting it all. Brian helped us out by coming out on a Saturday to take the measurements. The installers did a FAB job - even 6 weeks later, we cannot see a seem in the carpet and we cannot feel a seem in the pad (and we went looking). We are very happy with our new bedroom carpets and will be using Carpets by Martin again for our Family room and basement when we are ready.
