  Thoroughly impressed at how the employees go above and beyond here for their customers. I came in with a defective adapter for a used Xbox One Original that didn't' even come from this store. I was expecting to just get a replacement adapter but instead the employee paid an extra $10 out of his own pocket to instead give me a newer Xbox slim. All for the inconvenience. He also threw in a free Shadow of War bottle opener. Outstanding service and store. They do not dissapoint.
