We had a negative experience at another local Mattress Warehouse and came to this location to attempt a resolution. Nick was amazing and made the exchange transaction smooth and efficient.. He was very knowledgeable, patient and helpful. He really went out of his way to make sure that we were satisfied customers, even staying after closing to complete the paperwork. I definitely would recommend this location, and salesman, if you are in the market for a new mattress.
