  Purchased my 3039 tractor at SYT&T at the beginning of the summer. I shopped several other dealer in the area, Clyde ( Sales Manager ) came through with knowledgeable service and best price. Over the summer I have been back to the dealer a number of time with questions. On every occasion, the staff ( Clyde, John and Frank ) have been helpful and patient. Follow-up service is important to me. At some dealerships, once the check is written, your importance to the dealer quickly diminishes. That has not been the case here. I've been treated with respect and my concerns have been addressed seriously.

  People are nice but the end result is absolutely terrible. Sales is clueless... Out to lunch. If you're making a high-dollar purchase seek other options. Wish I did.

  I'm editing what used to be a 5 star review to a 2 star to reflect recent interaction with the parts department. The people there are WONDERFUL and NICE people do deal with and do a VERY good job but the parts prices are some of the HIGHEST in the area and the prices found on their website in some cases don't match the in-store price. If making a large order I recommend taking a trip to Deere Country to get your parts because they are cheaper there. Just my 2 cents worth!
